Emails will be sent out before the challenge starts. If you have Facebook introduce yourself & let us know what your goals are! You can also comment on the intro video on the app.
If you are choosing the coached option be sure to purchase at the bottom and look out for an email from me! If you are choosing the non coached option skip that part and submit!
