    Booths are rented on a first come, first served basis.

    For 2023, we can accommodate up to 10 vendors.

  • Important Event Information

    Event begins at TIME 6:00 P.M on DATE 10-14-2023, and ends at TIME 11:00 PM.

    Booth setup begins at TIME : 5:00 PM  on DATE 10-14-2023.

    Booths must be completed no later than TIME : 5:30 PM on DATE 10-14-2023. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by DATE 10-08-2023, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given).

    Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment. No Open Fire such as lamp heater or warmers are not allowed., but will be given electrical access.  

     

    Payment by Checks

    All Payments must be  paid fully by 10-08-2023
