Ontario Autism Coalition
  • OAC Lobby Day is Tuesday, October 17th!

Help Us Tell Every MPP That They Have To Move The Waitlist!

    What to do
    • Schedule a meeting with your MPP for some time on Tuesday, October 17
    • Tell them you're a constituent, & you'll be at Queen's Park that day—don't take no for an answer
    • If you have questions or need help, email pac@ontarioautismcoalition.com
    • Once the time & room number are set, email that info to pac@ontarioautismcoalition.com
    • We'll let you know by email who's able to go with you at that time—you will not be alone

    Getting Into Queen's Park
We'll automatically have your name added to the Queen's Park security list when you click "I'm In" at the bottom of this form. Please use the information on the government-issued photo ID that you will show security on March 6th. We'll send you a confirmation email when you click "I'm In." Having your name on security's list will make things easier when you arrive.

    When to arrive
Our breakfast reception is scheduled to begin at 7:30am, but if your meeting isn't until later in the morning or afternoon, you don't have to come for breakfast. It's unlikely that you'll have to line up to get into the building at 7:15am, but later in the day it could happen. You'll also need time to find a place for your coat and other belongings. All that can easily take 30 or 40 minutes, so get there before at least 30 minutes before your meeting.

    How to enter the building
Upon arrival, tell security that you are visiting MPP Monique Taylor (NDP MPP for Hamilton Mountain) in Room 357. You can only enter through the visitors’ entrance, located on the south side of the building, at the bottom of the ramp just west of the three centre archways. If you're not on the list, mentioning Monique's name won't do you any good because security will call her office to check, but Monique and her assistant won't recognize your name.

    Coats and other belongings
Monique has kindly offered tolet us leave coats. etc. in her office. There is also a staffed coat check, just inside the visitor's entrance, just the visitors entrance, at the west end of the basement near the cafeteria.
