Mentoring Mentors' vision is a world where youth have greater opportunities to reach their full potential and become leaders in their communities. Mentoring Mentors' mission is to connect youth to our Intergenerational Near-to-Peer Model that encourages foundational change by influencing positive relationships and self-development, resulting in generations of community leaders.
Throughout the year Mentoring Mentors Inc. seeks Mentors to connect with mentees. Mentors are crucial to our organization because they provide knowledge, guidance, support, a safe space to be heard and seen, and an opportuinty for our youth to build long lasting relationships.

Though being a mentor is top priority we also encourage our mentors to participate in all fundraising events, networking opportunites, and speaking engagements, which allow to numerous of volunteer opportiunities and exposure.
