How did you hear about the The Glow and Flow Show?
Below are the options of tables/booths at the Glow and Flow Show.

6Ft Table Top- (Section A1-5)This is an 6ft table and chair. No electricity is included. You must provide your own cloth table covering. These will be in front of the stage. Any displays behind your table must not be more than 1 foot deep and fit within the 6ft width of your table. SOLD OUT

8ft Table Top- (Section B1-10)This is an 8ft table and chair. No electricity is included. You must provide your own cloth table covering. These will be down the centre of the room. Any displays behind your table must not be more than 1 foot deep and fit within the 8ft width of your table.

7'D x 14' Wide Booth- (Section C1-14) This is a 7ft x14ft space. It includes one 8ft table and chairs. You will be backed by a wall or 8ft high pipe and drape. Access to regular electricity is included.

10' D x 18'W Stage Booth (Section D1-2)-This is a 10x18 space on the stage, there will be 2 vendors on the stage, it is accessed by 3 steps. It includes one 6ft table and chairs.

Section A&B are designed for informational vendors only. If you would like to include demos...then a booth in Section C or D must be booked to ensure you have appropriate space for your service.

Please note in order to ensure a wide range of services at the event, this is an application only and once approved you will be invoiced and have 7 days to pay the invoice before the next applicant is given your space.
