I hereby authorize and understand that PROLIFIC ODYSSEY TRAVEL & CO., affiliated with Travel Quest Network is applying this payment I am submittiting to one or multiple of their accredited Travel Suppliers. This payment is in regards to their travel accommodations which may include: hotel, resort, tour operator, cruise line or other travel supplier that their booking is through, and may charge my credit card for travel reservations. I am aware that this fee is separate from Travel Planning Booking Services. Therefore, bank statements will have the charges posted from the supplier(s). Any payments that I submit towards this booking will be charged to to it's desinated supplier.
