*Events less than 30 days | Full payment is required, within 48 hours after receiving invoice to confirm date/ catering order. If after 48 hours, payments that are not received, date will be released and available to prospective clients. *For purple, green and gold packages only head count is final upon submission. *Events 30-60 days | A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required 24 hours after receiving invoice to confirm date/ catering order. If after 24 hours, payments that are not received, date will be released and available to prospective clients. *For purple, green and gold packages only head count is final no later than 14 days prior to event. *Events 60 days or more with 50-150+guests | A Signed contract and 35% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required 24 hours after receiving invoice to confirm date/ catering order. If after 24 hours, payments that are not received, date will be released and available to prospective clients. *For purple, green and gold packages only head count is final no later than 14 days prior to event.
