Vendor Booth Options

The Rendezvous Gift Show will be held Starting Friday 10/11 @8am and will conclude Saturday at 8pm. If you would like to stay set up on Sunday, you must stay set up until at least 12:00pm. Vendors must be set up before the start of the horseshow on Friday morning at 8am. Set-Up can begin on Thursday 10/10 after 4pm at no additional charge. Likewise, tear down of booths can be done starting at 8pm on Saturday night and must conclude by 8 am on Sunday morning 10/13. Tear down is also permitted anytime after 12pm on Sunday afternoon.
