Welcome to Baker's Chapel, home of food made as God intended: with real, whole ingredients, love and lots of practice. You won't find decorative cookies or specialty designed cakes here, but you will find carefully crafted cookies and breads that'll "take you to church".

All baked goods are made with high quality, organic ingredients you can trust.

When you place your order, please specify what date you are hoping to have it by. I'll confirm with you after your order is placed. All orders are "porch pick up" unless you specifiy delivery. Please plan to pick up your goods timely, so they are as fresh as possible! If you need your order delivered to your door and you *do not* live in Azalee Acres, please select the delivery fee when completing your order.

Artisan Sourdough

A rustic, pure sourdough loaf made with organic unbleached flour. This cannot be made same-day due to the fermentation timeframes so please keep that in mind when ordering! For example, if you place your order on a Friday, the soonest the bread can be in your hands would be Sunday. :)

Lightly spiced with cinnamon and clove, frosted with a perfect vanilla bean icing, these oatmeal cookies are chewy and beyond delicious. Molasses and sourdough make them perfectly moist (everyone's favorite word, I know). These'll rival your grandma's recipe!

Cheese Pizza

Handmade organic sourdough crust, organic homemade pizza sauce, and hand-shredded whole milk mozzarella.

These are ***par-baked*** so that they can either stay in your freezer ready to bake when you need a night off, or, grab a few for an easy button Friday night dinner. Baking Instructions included, so you’ll have a fresh from the oven pizza parlor style pizza in your own home. They’re about 13” which works out to 8 large slices per pizza.

Flour Tortillas

Five ingredient flour tortillas!! These are made with organic sourdough discard (which is just fermented organic flour and purified water), organic flour, avocado oil, water and salt! They’re supple yet strong, lasting a week or more in the fridge despite zero preservatives. Roughly 6” in diameter. Taco Tuesday just got a whole lot better!

Brioche Hamburger Buns ***made with freshly milled flour***

(x4 large buns) Burger night just got better. These are to order with flour from FRESHLY MILLED organic hard red wheat berries, which means they're a nutrient powerhouse. Freshly milled flour contains 40 of the 44 essential nutrients needed to sustain human life. These are made using a method called tangzhong, which results in softer, fluffier longer-lasting breads. They're enriched with eggs, butter and raw cane sugar.
