Hawaii Notice of Maladministration Failing to Keep the People Safe

I, ____________________________________, one of the People, of the 50 American States, Republican in form, (as seen in Hawaii Article 1 Section 1) Sui Juris, serve you this Notice as trustees and servants of the People, and demand your immediate action and redress by way of necessity;
Please take notice that all political power is inherent in the People and government is founded upon their authority only. (See evidence below)
Hawaii Constitution Article 1 Section 1: Political Power
“All political power of this State is inherent in the people and the responsibility for the exercise thereof rests with the people. All government is founded on this authority.”
Please take notice that the People have reserved the right to control their destiny, nurturing the integrity of the People and culture, and to maintain and preserve the quality of life that the People desire. (See evidence below)
Hawaii Constitution Preamble:
“We, the people of Hawaii, grateful for Divine Guidance, and mindful of our Hawaiian heritage and uniqueness as an island State, dedicate our efforts to fulfill the philosophy decreed by the Hawaii State motto, “Ua mau ke ea o ka aina i ka pono.”
We reserve the right to control our destiny, to nuture the integrity of our people and culture, and to preserve the quality of life that we desire.
We reaffirm our belief in a government of the People, by the people and for the people, and with an understanding and compassionate heart toward all the peoples of the earth, do hereby ordain and establish this constitution for the State of Hawaii.”
Please take notice that the People have peaceably assembled together for their common good and with urgent necessity to petition their government for a redress of grievances. Please show where in the trust indenture the Hawaii Constitution, you were given authority to prohibit the People from freedom of speech or of the press, or the right to peaceably assemble, where or whenever the common benefit of the People required it. (See evidence below)
Hawaii Constitution Article 1 Section 4: Freedom of Religion, Speech, Press, Assembly and Petition
“No law shall be enacted respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for the redress of grievances.”
Please take notice that many acres of private property and People of the state of Hawaii have been severely impacted by the recent fires, which were compounded by the lack of immediate emergency response from the government. This maladministration of duties by government servants caused the People great confusion, and due to lack of poor evacuation efforts coupled with improper notification of the catastrophe at hand; many of the People of Hawaii have suffered great harm.
Take notice that your duties to protect and keep the People safe, shall be put into immediate action, to assist the People with any and all aide to provide remedy. Public servants, trustees, and any agents of the People of Hawaii, have shown themselves to be highly inadequate. You as trustees of the People have unequivocally failed to uphold your Oath to the trust indenture. The Hawaii Constitution binds you to uphold and provide immediate assistance to the People. Major infractions which resulted in a dereliction of duty include but are not limited to: sirens not going off, lack of evacuation efforts, extreme delays in releasing water reserves to fight the fires, blocked evacuation roads, not distributing essential needs such as food, water, shelter in an efficient and timely manner. Also, blocking access to property and attempting to take the People’s property rights. You as government servants failed to provide the common benefits of the greatest degree of safety, protection, and happiness for the People. These major failures are the direct result of the inability to follow the form as prescribed by law, resulting in what is known as maladministration and willful misconduct.
Virginia Constitution Article 1 Section 3: Government Instituted for Common Benefit
“That government is, or ought to be, instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security of the people, nation, or community; of all the various modes and forms of government, that is best which is capable of producing the greatest degree of happiness and safety, and is most effectually secured against the danger of maladministration; and, whenever any government shall be found inadequate or contrary to these purposes, a majority of the community hath an indubitable, inalienable, and indefeasible right to reform, alter, or abolish it, in such manner as shall be judged most conducive to the public weal.”
Take notice that the People have the inherent and inalienable right to acquire and possess ANY property they choose. This includes anything that assists them in their recovery, such as food, water and all other necessities that the People desire to secure their safety and happiness. ANY interference of supplies the People deem necessary is a violation of your trust agreement with the People and is a direct trespass, with full knowledge and intent, and is acting with malice. Hawaii Constitution Article 1 Section 2: Rights of Individuals
“All persons are free by nature and are equal in their inherent and inalienable rights. Among these rights are the enjoyment of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, and the acquiring and possessing of property. These rights cannot endure unless the people recognize their corresponding obligations and responsibilities.”
Maxim of Law 51p. The main object of government is the protection and preservation of personal rights, private property, and public liberties, and upholding the law of God. American Maxim.
Take further notice that the People have an inalienable right to their private property. The trustees and servants have a limited power to take property without lawful authority granted in the state constitutions, the trust indentures. The People have equal protection of rights, protected by the trust indentures to guarantee life, liberty and property. Guaranteed rights if violated must require just compensation to the People and also to the right of due process of law. (See evidence below)
Hawaii Constitution Article 1 Section 20: Eminent Domain
“Private property shall not be taken or damaged for public or private use without just compensation.”
Part First, New Hampshire Constitution Article 12-a: Power to Take Property Limited
“No part of a person’s property shall be taken by eminent domain and transferred, directly or indirectly, to another person if the taking is for the purpose of private development or other private use of the property.”
Hawaii Constitution Article 1 Section 5: Due Process and Equal Protection
“No person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law, nor be denied the equal protection of the laws, nor be denied the enjoyment of the person’s civil rights or be discriminated against in the exercise thereof because of race, religion, sex or ancestry.”

Please take Final Notice that the People’s wish, order and demand for remedy to be immediately implemented in order to meet all the necessities for re-establishing the People’s guaranteed rights of liberty, enjoyment of life, pursuit of happiness, secured within the trust indentures. The People demand that public servants, trustees, and agents without delay take the appropriate action by distributing necessary provisions required for peace, safety and happiness of the People. ALL means of public assembly is to remain open to the People for the purposes of instructing and petitioning their government servants, for the redress of grievances regarding any harm done. Furthermore, the People demand that the ports of entry remain open for commerce, safeguarding supplies with IMMEDIATE distribution of clean water, food, housing, medical needs for displaced families, at no cost to the People but paid by the government. Access by the People to their property must be restored. Media access is to be unencumbered in order to facilitate dissemination of information regarding the People’s business. ALL other restoration needs are to be met for the People of Hawaii. The People hold their private property by individual and inherent rights, and can never be abridged by trustees, servants or agents even in a State of Emergency. Please show the grants of Constitutional authority in writing, by sworn affidavit under penalty of perjury, where you believe you can trample upon the inherent rights of the People renumerated above. The People shall not be deprived of life, liberty or property, without due process of law. The People demand by necessity the above-mentioned demands be met within 2 days (48 hours), or you agree, by tacit acquiescence, that you are trespassing upon the People’s rights. If you fail to meet the demands you agree to pay $10,000,000 personally, for ANY and ALL encroachments against the rights of the People. This Notice shall stand as evidence against you that any transgression was with full knowledge and understanding of these issues. This Notice is sent to you in the peace and love of Christ.
