The CLUB UMPIRE Competition Match Report (CMR) form is to be completed by Club Umpires of Modified Rules games (all Under 8, 9, 10)

PLEASE NOTE: There are no votes allocated for ANY Modified Rules matches.

This form is NOT to be used by Club Stand-in Umpires who officate games (U11-18) where an official SMJFL has not been appointed or failed to attend. In these games, stand-in umpires are required to send a copy of the CMR to umpiring@smjfl.com.au before 9.00pm Sunday. Please take a CLEAR photo of the form - including the B&F to send.

PLEASE ENSURE ALL MATCH DETAILS ARE FILLED IN CORRECTLY

If you have issued a RED card during a game you need to ring the Head of Umpiring (Doug) IMMEDIATELY after your match - 0490 495 079. In the case of a RED card you must also immediately send a photo of the official REPORT form (not the CMR) to the same mobile number so it can be dealt with by 9pm match day.

If you issued a YELLOW card please call Doug ASAP with details if you believe it could possibly be escalated to a report (RED) card.
