Please note this form is only for people living in Ireland who are applying to adopt a greyhound from IRGT. If you live overseas and would like to adopt a greyhound, please email irgt@grireland.ie for details of who to contact in your country to begin the adoption process.

The following questionnaire will help us to understand you, your lifestyle, your family circumstances, etc., which will support us in finding a retired greyhound character to match your circumstances – please answer all questions fully.
