Bookings are non-refundable unless the event or activity cancelled by the organiser. Spaces can be transfered where spaces allow. Your emailed booking confirmation is your ticket. Registers of attendees will be kept for each session.

Payment is due once your spaces have been allocated and confirmed by email. Booking name to be used as reference.

Payment can be made online by bank transfer.
