EH Advisory Board Application
This application is for the Advisory Board of Ellison Helmsman inc. This is a volunteer position designed to supplement the feedback that the company has from professionals in other industries. It is a low time commitment role consisting of the following commitments:
1. Review update emails sent by Josh Henderson
2. Provide feedback by call, text, or email on updates you have feedback on.
There are several key potential benefits of serving on the advisory board:
1. Gain benefit from direct exposure to our methodology for strategic growth
2. Referrals of our clients to you for your area of expertise
3. Expansion of your professional network
4. Be a vital part of positively changing the way people think about success
Consenting to serve does require non-disclosure and a limited non-compete.

NON-DISCLOSURE

You agree that if appointed to the Ellison Helmsman Advisory Board, that you will not share proprietary methods, concepts, or non-public knowledge of the company gained from being on the board unless you are confident that sharing such information is in the best interest of the Company.

LIMITED NON-COMPETE

You agree that you will not use the information you gain from being on the advisory board to compete with Ellison Helmsman in any way that you were not already engaged in prior to joining the board. You are not limited in engaging in any new business activity so long as it is not in direct competition with Ellison Helmsman and does not use information by being on the advisory board to compete with the company.
