Grievance Policy and Student Complaints
Most problems or complaints that students may have with the C N K Barber College or its staff, can be resolved through a personal meeting with the student’s instructor or school administrator. If however this action does not resolve the matter to the satisfaction of the student, he/she may submit a written complaint to the main campus, in person or via email at cnkbarbercollege.com, staff will respond within 10 school days to aggrieved student, in writing. Grievance forms are available on the school’s web page.
