Leaking/Dripping Faucets – If Repair is possible. CB APEX Handyman Tech will not install new faucets or replace shut off valves.
Leaking/Dripping Shower Head - If Repair is possible. We do not repair damage resulting from the leak. CB tech will replace shower head if provided.
Wall Holes Caused By Door Knobs - CB APEX Handyman Tech will install wall shield over hole. No Patching, painting or sheetrock repair.
Towel Racks – Repair loose or removed towel racks where they attach to the wall. CB APEX Handyman Tech do not replace the towel rack fixture.
Light Bulbs – Change hard-to-reach light bulbs, interior and exterior if possible. Light bulbs are not included and no ceiling fan repairs or installation.
Electrical Wall Sockets – Repair wall sockets if possible and does not cover code violations or change/replace outlet to G.F.C.I.
Interior Light Switches – Repair if possible and does not cover code violations.
Leaking Toilets – Repair running toilets which includes supply line at water connection, flappers, fill valve, flush lever handle. No shut off valve replacements and we do not pull toilets.
Door Adjustment – Adjust interior/ exterior doors and cabinet doors if possible, within the manufacturer’s allowed ability to do so. Excludes garage doors.
Install New Door Locks & Dead Bolts – Install into existing holes only and will not bore hole for locks. Locks are not included and must be provided.
Install Door Knob – Change door know if damaged or broken knobs. No upgrading due to color or style.
Install Battery in Smoke Detector – Install new, provided battery in current smoke detector. Battery is not included. Does not cover installing new smoke detectors.
Tub and Tile Caulking – Caulking Tubs and Tile Silicone only. No Grouting and no exterior / interior caulking of moulding or windows.
Change A/C Filters – Change A/C Filter provided by Seller.
