    We understand that life is ever-changing, and we’re here to support your fitness journey in every way possible. For your convenience, we've provided a list of options for membership status change requests below.

    Membership Flexibility Options:

    • Upgrade or Downgrade: Your fitness needs are unique! Whether you’re looking to ramp up your rides or scale back, we have a variety of membership options to suit your individual requirements. Lock into our "loyalty" pricing between now and 5/10/25!!  Your rate will remain the same after we rebrand. Join us for the reveal party on 5/12 for more details!
    • Freeze Your Membership: NOTE: We are unable to initiate a freeze request during our rebranding migration (5/1-5/23/25. If you would like to freeze your account after 5/23), please contact Account Manager, Dia, directly at 804-441-2350.
      Need a break? You have the option to freeze your membership temporarily for 1-month or 2-months. Your membership will automatically come off freeze status once the freeze period has been completed.
    • Cancellation: Before considering cancellation, we encourage you to explore the flexible options above designed to accommodate your changing needs while keeping you part of our wonderful CycleBar community.

  • Membership Freeze Request

    Do you need to be away for a short period of time? You can take the time you need and pick back up right where you left off.

    Anytime after your 2nd billing cycle you will be eligible to request a freeze on your account. Freezes are allowed in 1-month or 2-month increments for a total of two billing periods in a calendar year. For a fee of only $15 per month, your agreement will be locked in at your current rate.

  • Membership Cancellation Request

    Are you sure you want to cancel your agreement?  We hate to see you go! We can offer you flexibility with alternative options.  

    To cancel your membership please complete this form and scroll down to press submit. 

    Submisson of this form will begin the required 30-days cancellation process. 
    (If your next scheduled auto-renewal date falls within the 30-day cancellation period, you will be billed one more time on the pre-scheduled date)
    (*Please Note Exception: $99 3-Month New Rider Trail Members may cancel with 5 days notice anytime between their 3rd month and 4th month renewal payment. After the 4th month renewal, 30-days notice is required)
