• Scholarship/Financial Aid Application

    The Helena Dolphins Swim Team seeks to assure that no athlete is deprived of the opportunity to participate on the team for want of financial means. If you have a financial aid need and would like to request financial aid, please fill out the form. An application will need to be filled out for each swimmer applying for financial aid.

  • ​USA Swimming

    USA Swimming (USAS) Outreach Program: Swimmers may register with USA Swimming for a reduced fee. Through offering an outreach membership option, USA Swimming is working with Local Swim Committees to provide swimming opportunities to economically disadvantaged youth in the United States. Supporting documentation for outreach membership eligibility will need to be submitted to the Montana LSC.  More information can be found on USAS and MT-S websites.
    HDST:

    HDST Financial/Scholarship:

    • If a swimmer qualifies for USA Swimming’s Outreach program because of financial hardship, a 50% discount will be applied to monthly due fees. (Additional documents will be required, Coach Alana will follow-up if this option is selected).

    • If a swimmer does not qualify for a USA Swimming/Montana Swimming Outreach program, a 20% will be applied to monthly due fees.

  • I understand that this application does not guarantee my swimmer a full or partial scholarship/financial aid. I understand that any percentage amount awarded are only able to be put towards monthly club fees and can not be used to cover any equipment costs, meet fees, USA Swim Registration fees.  

    I understand if my application is accepted, the scholarship/financial aid is good for one season and understand that I will need to refill out an application if I choose to do another swim season.

    I also agree that I will keep my swimmer's USA Swimming registration, and account in good standing and will strive to be a positive member of the HDST family and will adhere to all rules and expectations as outlined in the HDST codes of conduct.
