Winter Market 2024 Application Form

2024 Winter Market at OAC November 9 - December 23
Winter Market hours will be Monday - Saturday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm and Sunday from 12:00 - 4:00 pm.

Terms of participation in the Winter Market:
- Deadline to apply is September 30th.
- Accepted artists will be notified by October 8th.
- Drop-off dates are between November 1 and November 7th.
- Unsold work must be picked up by January 5th.
- All work must be handmade or assembled by the artist. Reselling of commercially manufactured items is not permitted.
- Artists may bring UP TO 24 pieces for initial drop-off and will be contacted for re-stocking. Storage space is not available at the OAC.
- Items are accepted on a consignment basis with a 60/40 split. The Artist retains 60% of the retail price.
- An inventory sheet, consignment agreement and W-9 form will be sent to accepted artists, the completed forms must accompany delivered work.
- Bar-coded price tags will be created by Oliver Art Center. Please do not tag your items other than with informational, care, or descriptive tags. Plain price tags will be removed.
- The Oliver Art Center is responsible for all sales, displays, and collection of sales tax. We will set up a variety of displays, trees, mannequins, etc. Please do not bring any display items unless previously agreed upon with Theresa Gimpel prior to drop off.
- Commission checks and sales reports will be mailed the first week of each month. For the Winter Market, checks will go out the end of the first week of December and again shortly after the New Year holiday.
