Sales Associate (part-time)
Join our team. Latch Boutique, located in the Glass Factory in Morgantown is looking to hire enthusiastic individuals to work the store.

We are looking to hire in December with a start date on the week of December 5th, 2023 for training

Core Responsibilities:

-Averaging 8-15 hours per week

-Give style advice to best fit customer needs

-Assist on sales, exchanges, and returns

-Create social media posts featuring our clothes, store and trends

-Keep store organized and displays fresh

-Manage inventory

-Fill online orders and in store pick up orders

-Know and love our brand and product, connect with our customers using great communication and relationship building skills

Requirements:

-At least 18 years of age

-Previous experience in retail is a plus

-Flexible schedule

-Willing to work 1-2 Saturdays per month (11AM-2PM)

-Strong communicator
