YES (Elevator Required). If there is no elevator or ramp, we may not be able to set up the sculpture upon delivery and no refund will be issued. Please tell us how many stairs we must go up.NO. Yes. I understand that Ice Age pricing DOES NOT include breakdown service. I will request breakdown service if needed. Breakdown is not available not out-of-town events.

Yes. I undestand that somebody will need to monitor the overflow bucket and empty it every two hours or when it is half full.

Yes. I will have a sturdy table with 4 legs to accommodate the sculpture. I will not have anything set on the table except for linens prior to the sculpture being set up. I will notify Ice Age if the table is more than 36" high.

I understand that Brian will send me a design as soon as he can.

A deposit is due upon receiving the design and is refundable if canceled at least 21 days in advance. Final payment is due 10 days beforethe event. No refunds for cancellations made less than 8 days prior, and deposits will be forfeited for orders canceled due to non-payment. Exceptions apply for existing Corporate Accounts.
