PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
Thank you for your interest in having an ice sculpture, cocktail/shot luge, or custom cocktail ice for your next event. Please be sure to read the important information below before submitting your request.
THE ORDERING PROCESS: Once we receive your request we will check to see if we have your requested delivery slot available. If we do we will hold that place for you. Then, Brian will reach out to you about design. He works on designs in EVENT DATE order and then by order of receipt. It may be a day or two or possible weeks, depending upon when you event is scheduled. But he does do them as soon as he possibly can.
Once he does the design, we will send you an ESTIMATE along with the design, and a deposit request. You will need to approve/accept the estimate, the design and pay the deposit by the expiration date to stay on the books. We will not need the final payment until closer to the event date.
Pricing is based on the number of our Big Blocks we need to create your design and the delivery location and time. Initial quotes are based on our delivery area which has a 99 miled radius.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Adding color, freezing items into the ice, deliveries after after 8pm, and deliveries on holidays are an additional fee. Difficult or complicated deliveries/set-ups may also incure additional fees.
Break down service is an additional fee and must be requested in advance. Breakdown service is required at certain venues or if we are providing acrylic equpment. Breakdown services are limited to the Charleston area.
A deposit is required in advance once we send you a design. This deposit is refundable if cancelled in writing 14 or more days prior to the event.
Full payment must be received 10 business days prior to delivery. Failure to pay the final balance on time may result in cancellation of the sculpture and forfieture of the deposit. Orders cancelled less than 10 days prior to the event are non-refundable. However, if the piece has not been carved you may be able to issue you a 50% credit towards a future event.
We accept credit cards via our on-line payment system, Cashier's Checks, or Money Orders. We do not accept personal checks for the final payment.
Design Notes: We custom design each piece. We will gladly do 1 design and 2 small edits OR a 2nd design. Excessive edits or new design requests will require an immediate deposit and may increase the cost of your sculpture.
We work on designs prioritized by date received and event date.
