2. One (1) CHARACTER REFERENCE LETTER (not related to the applicant). PDF or JPEG format (upload below).

3. One (1) LETTER of ENROLLMENT/TRANSCRIPT official documentation from your high school for Fall of 2024 or the most recently completed semester. PDF or JPEG format (upload below).

4. One (1) "1000 WORD ESSAY" Typed, Double spaced, 12-point font, on (1)
of the (3) topics listed above. Word Doc, PDF, OR JPEG format (upload below).

5. One (1) APPLICATION FORM Completed this form (submit below).
