  • Statement of Equity

DrawBridge’s expressive arts programming is built on a firm foundation of cultural humility that reflects and celebrates the creative power of the children and diverse communities we serve. Recognizing that homelessness and housing insecurity disproportionately impacts communities of color, DrawBridge programs provide a welcoming and nurturing space for all, regardless of race, ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation, gender, socioeconomic status, geography, citizenship status, or religion.
  • Safety Protocol Agreements

To ensure the safety of the communities we serve, DrawBridge requires the following safety protocols of staff and volunteers who work directly with children and families at our partner sites. Please mark that you have read and understand each requirement below.
  • DrawBridge requires all volunteers to carefully read, review, and sign the Volunteer Policies. Download the Volunteer Packet here. This packet includes all policies, outlines what is expected of DrawBridge volunteers, and what volunteers can expect from us.

Please sign all highlighted areas and submit the completed packet below.
Write down any questions you may have as you go through the materials.
Prior to placement, all volunteers must attend at least one virtual Q&A session. This is a chance to meet the Program Manager, connect with other volunteers, and get acquainted with our work.
