BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
Please read the following disclaimer carefully before participating in the International and Thai Martial Arts Games:
Assumption of Risk: Participation in martial arts activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, and emotional distress. By participating in these games, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Participants and their legal guardians, if applicable, are solely responsible for their safety.
Health and Fitness: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in suitable physical condition to participate in martial arts activities. Consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any physically demanding activities if you have underlying health concerns.
Equipment and Attire: Proper attire and safety equipment are essential for your safety during the games. Ensure that you use approved gear and follow any guidelines or regulations provided by the event organizers.
Behavior and Sportsmanship: Participants are expected to adhere to the principles of fair play, good sportsmanship, and respect for fellow participants, officials, and event staff. Unruly or inappropriate behavior may result in disqualification and ejection from the event.
Liability: The event organizers, sponsors, and hosts are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the International and Thai Martial Arts Games. Participants must carry their insurance coverage if they desire additional protection.
Media and Photography: By participating in the games, you consent to the use of your likeness, voice, and images in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional or informational purposes related to the event.
Event Changes and Cancellations: The organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety concerns, or other factors. Participants will be notified of any such changes as soon as possible.
Registration and Entry Fees: Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. Entry fee of $120usd ONLY includes participation in one sport from Muay Boran amateur, Muay Thai Pro-am and Professional, amateur boxing, dap thai, keta muay thai, participation in the Wai Kru Ceremony and transportation within Phuket from the designated hotels to the stadium.
Registration fees does NOT include airport transfer, accommodation, seminars, meals or other expenses unless explicitly stated.
Registration fee of $120usd does NOT include participation to the other sports: Kickboxing, Karate, Jeet Kune Do, Brasilian Jiu Jitsu, Amateur MMA. Athletes must pay extra and ahdere to the rules and regulations of each sport.
All payments are to be made on registration day at the ITMA Games registration desk.
Code of Conduct: All participants must adhere to the event's code of conduct, rules, and regulations. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, including disqualification.
By participating in the International and Thai Martial Arts Games, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, please do not participate in the event. Your safety and well-being are of paramount importance to us.
