All levels of participation include a 6' tabletop skirted table, two chairs, an identification sign, and electrical outlet if so needed. No exhibit shall exceed its designated area. Internet access and other accessories are the responsibility of the exhibitor and can be ordered through the Hilton Orlando. Tabletops starts at $1,200.00.
Exhibitor Set-Up: Friday, August 9, 9am-5pm or Saturday, August 10, 6:30am
Exhibiting Times: Friday, 12pm-6:30pm (optional) & Saturday, 7am-5pm
Lecture Times: Friday, 1pm-5pm & Saturday, 8am-4pm
Dismantle: Saturday, 4pm-5pm
Tabletop placement is indicative of the level of sponsorship. In addition, the FAP strives to separate companies with the same products/service. Corporate Forums (if you sign up for a qualifying level) are voluntary activities. Your company may choose not to participate in a corporate forum. The FAP reserves the right to secure date, time, location, and number of company corporate forums for each meeting. Corporate Forum commitments must be completed within three consecutive meetings.
