Spotlight Middle School Musical Theater Application

Welcome to the Spotlight Program!

Designed for middle schools who produce a musical at their school. The Spotlight Middle School Musical Theater program is designed to inspire, educate, and connect middle school students and educators with theater professionals, giving them a deeper understanding of the many aspects of musical theater.

Completion of this form and a meeting with Overture staff are required for acceptance into the program. The form and meeting must be completed by November 1, 2026.

Participating schools will receive:
- Written feedback from two theater professionals after attending school's production
- Opportunity to perform a number from their show at Overture Center in the Middle School Showcase
Cost of participation in the program is $150.
