    (Pursuant to Section 2.02.050 of the Bridgeport Municipal Code of Ordinances)
  • The City Council meets in regular session on the first and third Mondays of each month.  There shall be a public hearing forum before the City Council on each night that the City Council meets commencing at 6:30 p.m. prior to the scheduled commencement of the council meeting.  Request by citizens to appear on the City Council Agenda should be addressed to the City Clerks Office.  In an effort to aid the citizens and the City Council, use of this form is suggested.

    Please Keep your remarks to three (3) minutes or less.  If there is back-up information you wish to submit to the City Council, please submit it with this form.  This form and all backup material is public record.

  • The deadline for submitting this form is no later than 4:30 p.m., on the Wednesday preceding the City Council meeting.  If a holiday falls in the time frame, please call the City Clerk's Office to determine the deadline.  The City Clerk's Office will mail letter informing you of the status of your request prior to the scheduled City Council meeting date.
