Alternative dispute resolution
Complaints are resolved when the Discipline Panel reviews the submitted information and renders a final written Decision. However, the Oakville Aquatic Club has a Dispute Resolution Policy that describes alternative ways the complaint can be resolved. By following this Policy, the parties can attempt to come to a mutual agreement via mediation or a negotiated settlement and therefore avoid the involvement of the Discipline Panel.
