GRADE SEVEN TO TWELVE

TRUE NORTH YOUTH

True North Youth is the youth ministry of True North Church, that happens every Wednesday Night at 7pm. It’s designed for students in grades seven to twelve. We create an environment where young people can come as they are, not having to shape up or improve to fit in, but where all are welcomed. We are a youth ministry that exists to show the next generation the love and freedom found in Christ.

8 MONTHS TO 6TH GRADE

COMPASS KIDS

Here in Compass Kids, we aim to be an “arrow pointing north” for your child. As your child grows, they will decide for themselves what they believe. It is our goal to point them to the love of Jesus as they find their way. Every Sunday in Compass Kids, your child will experience safe, age appropriate, and interactive environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way for kids 8 months to 6th grade. 

YOUR CHILD IS IN

SEEDS 

Our Seeds classroom is our Nursery for children 8 months to 2 years old. These classrooms are seperated by developmental stage (non-crawlers, crawlers, walkers, etc.). In this classroom we sing songs about Jesus and our team prays over your children. 2 year olds are introduced to bible time and activites.

YOUR CHILD IS IN 

SPROUTS

Our Sprouts Classroom is for children 3 years old. In this classroom we introduce large group time where we read and watch bible stories, particpate in activites surrounding our story and introduce a series driven scripture or "need to know." 

YOUR CHILD IS IN 

EXPLORERS 

Our Explorers Classroom is for children 4 years old through Kindergarten. In this classroom we introudce small group time. Your child will read and watch bible stories and particpate in small group time to discuss the message while learning to memorize bible verses that coincide with our series.

YOUR CHILD IS IN 

NAVIGATORS

Our Navigator Classroom is for children in 1st to 4th Grade. In this classroom we expand upon both small and large group time. Our team of dedicated teachers does a live lesson and our small group teacher unpack life lessons at a deeper level.  Your child will also be elegible to particpate in the Rufio's store, where they can cash in "Compass Coins" that are earned by memorzing scripture and partcipating during class time. 

YOUR CHILD IS IN

TRAILBLAZERS 

Our Trailblazers calssroom is for 5th and 6th Graders. Trailblazers is lead by many of our very own youth team. Together, they watch age appropriate clips from our Wednesday night YOUTH program. This classroom is all about making relationships that can be carried into middle school and high school and establishing a foundation and identity that is rooted in Christ.
