Vendor Registration Fee $600
Vendor registration fee includes a 6' draped table and 2 chairs, one on one interaction with attendees from 14+ states, and various networking opportunities. Electricity and AV needs are not included in this $600 fee and must be worked out directly with the hotel.
Passport Card: If you want to be included on the Passport Card, you must elect to bring a door prize below AND your registration and booth fee must be received by March 1st . Each attendee will be given a “Passport Card” to get signed by each vendor. This is a card that you will initial when attendees visit your table. This is incentive for them to visit and will put them in a special drawing at the end of the conference! If you do not elect to bring a door prize, you will not be included on the Passport Card.
