Purpose: This form is designed to allow you to suggest any additions, modifications, or improvements that you believe will enhance the quality of life within the premises. It could range from small-scale adjustments to more comprehensive upgrades, all aimed at creating a better living experience for everyone.
Submission Requirements: May include, but not limited to: decks, patios, shade structures and sheds.
Submission Guidelines: Please fill out and submit the following form containing the following information:
1. Detailed Description: Provide a clear and comprehensive description of the proposed addition or improvement. Include any pertinent details such as materials, dimensions, and a sketch/blueprint of proposal.
2. Timeline: If there is a specific timeline or urgency associated, please let us know.
3. Visual Aids: Attach any sketches, images, or references that can help illustrate your proposal.
Review Process: All submissions will be carefully reviewed by our maintenance team and management. You will be notified of the decision in a timely manner.
