If you find it challenging to work well with others and have an issue with a staff member or fellow volunteer, please speak with the department lead first. If you are uncomfortable speaking with the department Lead, please communicate with the Operations Manager. If you do not wish to talk with the operations manager, feel free to file a complaint and discuss the issues with a trusted staff member or contact the LFC board of directors.
