Client Responsibilities

I understand that Divine Dog Training will make every reasonable effort to help me achieve training and behaviour modification goals.

I understand that there are no guarantees of my dog’s performance or behavior as a result of providing behaviour modification as each dog is different in regards to ability, breeding, and temperament.

I understand and agree that dog training may involve risks to myself, members of my family, &/or my dog. I assume all risks associated with participating in this training and will not hold Divine Dog Training responsible in the event of injury to myself, my family member or my dog.

I agree to accept responsibility for any damages my dog may cause that may occur before, during, or after all services provided by Divine Dog Training.

I understand that I, and the members of my household, must follow Divine Dog Training instructions and work with my dog as recommended.

I further understand that for best results, dog training must be consistent and that my dog will require ongoing practice and positive reinforcement in order to continue behaving in a desirable manner.

My dog’s behaviour is ultimately my responsibility.

Payment Policy

Individually booked sessions are to be paid at the beginning of each session. Package deal fees are due at the time of booking. Payments are accepted via etransfer to Divine Dog or cash.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled by Client more than 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

Sessions cancelled by Client less than 24 hours before any appointment will be forfeited without refund of fees.

Sessions expire one year from the date of purchase, and all sessions must be used within this period. If Client and/or Client’s dog do not attend a training session within one year of the booking of that session, the session will be forfeited without refund of fees.

Divine Dog Training will have no obligation to provide services with respect to any training session that is forfeited.

Photo Consent

I understand Divine Dog Training may use my pet's photograph(s) and/or video(s) taken during training sessions for educational and promotional purposes in any type of media. The identity of any children in photos will be protected by obscuring or covering their face.

WAIVER & RELEASE

I understand Divine Dog Training, along with my assistance, will strive to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of my dog and will make every attempt to offer only sound, safe and responsible training and instructions. In consideration of the acceptance of the application and the provision of training, I agree to hold Divine Dog Training harmless from any claim or loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly to any person or thing by the act of conducting dog training sessions.
