The Vendor agrees to:
*
• Provide a minimum of 50–100 units of product for inventory, display, and sale.
• Submit all required materials (product images, logo, background information) by the requested deadlines.
• Ensure all products are retail-ready, professionally presented, and legally compliant.
• Restock inventory within one (1) week of being notified that product levels are low.
• Comply with all deadlines, production requirements, and instructions provided by All Things Marketplace.
Payment terms
*
Vendor must pay $500.00 in full to All Things Marketplace no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled air date. (Shop Pay & Affirm are available as additional pay over time options)
• All payments must be submitted directly to All Things Marketplace. WDIV will not collect or process vendor payments.
• Late or missing payments will result in forfeiture of the vendor’s participation and segment inclusion.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
Fulfillment & Shipping Services
*
Fulfillment and Shipping of Products Managed by All Things Marketplace:
All Things Marketplace will handle all fulfillment and shipping for any orders received through the promotion.
Vendor will receive 60% of the retail price per item sold.
All Things Marketplace will retain 40% per item sold for marketing, logistics, and handling.
This 60/40 split is a mandatory requirement for inclusion in the Shop Small segment.
• Vendor must ensure timely replenishment of inventory within one (1) week when products are sold out.
• Neither All Things Marketplace nor WDIV guarantees product sales, sell-through rate, or product performance.
Payments for items sold will be paid on the 5th of every month
Business owner is responsible for their own sales tax
Content Production & Deadlines

• Vendor must submit all required materials — including images, logos, and product details — by the production deadlines set by All ThingsMarketplace.
• All Things Marketplace, along with WDIV, reserves the right to edit and determine the final segment presentation and product selection.
Brand Representation & Conduct Clause
*
• Vendor acknowledges their business is being promoted by both: WDIV, a nationally recognized broadcast affiliate; and All Things Marketplace, a Detroit-based platform supporting local small businesses.
• Vendor agrees to maintain a professional public image, both online and offline, throughout the term of this agreement.
• All Things Marketplace and WDIV reserve the right to terminate this Agreement within 30 days of execution if the vendor engages in behavior, speech, or public conduct deemed damaging to the reputation, brand values, or mission of either organization.
• Any actions or statements — including on social media or in public forums — that may create negative publicity, or reputational risk may result in removal from the segment and promotional assets, without refund, at the sole discretion of All Things Marketplace.
• Vendor agrees that all opinions and views expressed are their own and do not represent the views of WDIV or All Things Marketplace.

• Inclusion in the segment does not constitute formal endorsement by WDIV or its affiliates.
• All coordination, marketing, fulfillment, and vendor support are solely managed by All Things Marketplace.
Agreement & Signatures By signing below, the Vendor confirms their understanding and agreement to the terms outlined above and commits to meeting all obligations outlined in this Agreement.
