The Jerry Grubb Foundation's Family Nomination Form - Christmas Event
Each year Jerry Grubb worked very hard to provide his family with the best Christmas possible. He loved taking his kids shopping so they could experience finding great gifts for their mother, and learn how to expertly wrap a Christmas present using a level and tape measure. He very much enjoyed watching his children’s delight each year as they opened their highly anticipated gifts. Our organization strives to preserve Jerry Grubb’s legacy by providing local youth and families with support, joy, and opportunity just as Jerry did for his own family and community. Thank you for nominating a family for us to help this year - without your nominations we would not be able to completely fulfill our Mission. Please complete the following application of nomination no later than October 31, 2025. Last year, we supported 5 families. We provided groceries, household supplies (hygiene products, cleaning supplies, paper products, etc), some of the needs for the family (bedding, coats, under garments, or what the family identified as a need), and gifts for each of the children based off their wish-list.
