Heartwood Field Trip Request

Join us for an enriching outdoor nature-based class field trip experience at Saint Edward State Park!
Cost: Free to public Kindergarten through 3rd grade classes.* Schools are responsible for transportation expenses**.

*If you are a part of a private school, the NSD PACE program, or similar public school program that requires a higher level of parent involvement, please email us directly to request a quote registrar@heartwoodnp.org.

**If you are a Title I school, we may be able to help with funding transportation. Please fill out the questions further below.

Who: We can accommodate up to two K-3 classes, up to 28 students in each class, simultaneously. Each class is led by a dedicated Heartwood educator, and it's essential for both the class teacher and parent volunteers to be present throughout the trip.

Length: Our standard field trip duration is 3 hours. However, if you require an earlier departure time or a different itinerary, you can request this in the comment sections below and we'll be happy to accommodate your adjusted schedule.
