Use the form below to describe the tattoo you would like to get in as much detail as possible.  Please include where you would like to get it (including right or left side), and if it will be placed inbetween or near existing tattoos, and attach a photo of the area if needed. Please attach any reference images that represent the style or idea you are looking to have done.

A non-refundable $100 deposit is needed to book your appointment, and this holds your date and time. This deposit will be credited toward the final cost of your tattoo, or in the case of larger multi session work, the deposit is carried over and credited toward the final session.

If at anytime it is necessary to reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible via email or phone. At this time, if less than 24 hours notice is provided for a rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to set a new appointment. Thank you for understanding.

A note from Morgan:

Thank you again for your interest in my work.  As info, I charge a standard rate of $150 per hour, and charge only for tattoo time (there is no drawing fee, consultation fee, etc).  I generally will charge for the time we use tattooing, but am able to give an estimate on a specific design and location if desired.  Please keep in mind this is only approximate - final cost will largely depend on final size and location.

If you'd like to have a consultation either in-person or via Zoom to further discruss your ideas, simply note that in the additional comments, and I will contact you to schedule that after you submit this form.
