Registration Form for USF Dance Team's Annual "Show-Off" Performance
Location: The University of St. Francis Pat Sullivan Gym - 500 Wilcox St. Joliet, IL

Date: January 11th, 2025

Time: 1:00 pm- 3:30 pm (doors will open to spectators at 12:30 pm)

Estimated Rehearsal Time: 12:00 pm, Day-of-Show (more details to come via email).

Registration Deadline: January 4th, 2025

Music and Routine Information Submission Deadline: January 4th, 2025. In an email that will be sent out at a later date, there will be instructions for uploading your music to a Google Drive. Please be on the lookout for this email.

Pricing:
- Routines with over 10 dancers: $50.00 per routine
- Routines with under 9 dancers: $30.00 per routine
- Solos/Duos/Trios: $25.00 per routine
- Admission for Spectators: $5.00 per person
*For payment, we accept cash or check. If paying by check, please make it out to University of St. Francis with the memo: USF Dance Show Off
*Please bring your form of payment with you on the day of the event.
