Subsidy Control
There will be a value to the aid of support provided under the LONDON E-Business Support Programme. The amount of subsidy/aid offered on behalf of the GLA through support on the LONDON E-Business Support Programme is £3000.
By signing this Registration Form you confirm that you have not received more than £315,000 including the amount of this subsidy of £3000 under theMinimal Financial Assistance (MFA) subsidy or comparable types of subsidies (see section 42(8) of the Subsidy Control Act) cumulated over this and the previous 2 financial years. If you are in doubt as to whether previous assistance received would constitute subsidy/aid, please raise your concerns as soon as possible.
We take this opportunity to remind you that you are required to keep a written record of the amount of MFA you have received and date/s when it was received. The written record must be kept for at least three years beginning with the date on which the MFA was given. This will enable you to respond to future requests from public authorities/public sector funding bodies on how much MFA you have received and whether you have reachedthe cumulative threshold.
Data Protection & DeclarationThe LONDON E-Business Support Programme is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The organisation collecting this form, LONDON BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP, will store and retain details in accordance with its Privacy Policy which can be viewed at: https://londonbp.co.uk/privacy/ . This data will be shared with the Lead Partner managing the programme, Enterprise Enfield, who will retain information in accordance with its Privacy Policy which can be viewed at: https://www.enterpriseenfield.org/privacy-policy . London Business Partnership is a member of the Business for London consortium of partnerswho are delivering this programme.
By enrolling you also agree that your information may be shared with the programme funders including: UK Government; the GLA (Greater LondonAuthority); DLUHC (Dept for Levelling Up Housing and Communities); Government Departments and Mayor of London. The GLA may also share information with relevant organisations and partners, additionally data will be shared with auditors and programme evaluators. All Programme data will be retained until 31/3/2031.
I agree to provide data concerning the company and its employees as requested by the Programme, and to partake in any evaluations to ascertain the benefits of the Programme. I shall provide data about my business so that the Programme can demonstrate that project activities were carried out in compliance with terms and conditions of their agreement and contract with the GLA. I confirm that all information set out in this form is true and accurate and that the information given by me may be used in the ways set out above. I have read, understood and agree to abide by the terms of this agreement.
