New Troops Intent to Participate in Product Program

This form is intended for new troops to express intent to participate in the Cookie Program so that GSDH can provide guidance and support to get started. Form should be submitted by the Troop Co-Leader or Troop Cookie Coordinator.
The Girl Scout Cookie Program runs from February 10th through March 24th.

Any troops starting after January 9th will be able to participate through online sales only.

We are grateful for your willingness to lead girls in the Cookie Program. Please read through the following volunteer expectations to ensure that you have a foundational understanding of the Cookie Program.

Cookie Program Expectations Agreement*

Complete Cookie Program Volunteer training in gsLearn prior to engaging in any product program activities.Connect with and stay in communication with your Service Unit Cookie Manager.Host a Family/Caregiver meeting to set expectations with the troop.Collect a signed Family Agreement & Initial Order Worksheet from each girl that will be participating in the Cookie Program.Review and update girl cookie inventory and sales in the cookie management system, eBudde, on a regular basis to ensure it is reflected accurately.Finances: Track and collect money owed from girls/families on a regular basis.Finances: Provide duplicate receipts for every transaction of product or funds.Finances: Deposit funds promptly in the troop bank account or with the Service Unit Cookie Manager (if bank account is not yet established).
