We take the security of your personal information seriously. This form is secure, as is the document submission process. Our committee, which is comprised of alumni and board members, has committed to reviewing applications in the strictest of confidence.
We are incredibly grateful for all our donations that go towards the scholarship fund. This fund allows us to make camp a reality for children who wouldn't typically be able to afford it. For this reason, we ask that if your household income exceeds $300,000, please only apply if you have extenuating circumstances.
In addition to this application, your family must submit a signed copy of your Federal Income Tax Returns for 2022 and any and all W-2 forms for 2023. Clearly, you don't have your W-2 for the current year! Through our pre-approval approval process, you can receive a provisional scholarship award that will later be verified by your tax information. This documentation is due November 1, 2023, and your 2023 W-2 is due by February 12, 2024. These forms can be securely submitted electronically at the end of this application or via a separate secure document uploader. Forms should not be emailed.
When will I receive a decision? Our committee will meet shortly after the December 1 deadline, and you will have a decision back by the end of December / early January 2024. At that point, your family can:
- Accept the financial aid award and set up a payment plan to pay off the balance due by March 1, 2024.
- Accept the financial aid award and pay your balance in full by March 1, 2024.
- Reject the initial financial aid award and submit a review request to go back to the committee, as the initial award does not meet your needs.
We are committed to working with you as your family moves through the financial aid process. Please do not hesitate to contact Will Jarvis, Assistant Director of Operations, with any questions or concerns.
