Requirements:
- U.S licensed physicians with at least 5 years out of training/residency program
- Documented leadership experience
- Commitment to decision-making careers that impact Hispanic health in California
- Strong interest in public health leadership at a state level
- Must attend NHHF and NHMA's 30th Anniversary & Health Leadership Summit (April 10 - 13, 2024) in Washington, DC
- Participate in Friday weekly virtual training sessions from 2:00 - 4:00 PM EST (May 2024 - July 2024)
- Required to attend in-person for Sacramento Institute (August 11 - 14, 2024)
- Not required but encouraged to attend Washington, DC Institute (September 16 - 20, 2024)
- In order to be considered please submit your personal statement, CV, and letter of recommendation
