Earnest Money Funding For Your Deals
There are no penalties if the deal falls through initially, however, if the deal falls through 2-3 times in a row, we will have to charge $250 penalty. Turnaround Time is 24-48 hrs, or 1-2 business days. The timeframe to pay back EMD with the agreed upon returns is 30 Days or less. EMD amounts are $1,000 to $5,000. (Earnest Money Deposits Pricing may change depending on returning clients). Expected returns are typically 40% of the funded amount.
