Gala Table Invoice Form
Ensure your organization is seated together in our reserved table area! Due to overwhelming demand, table locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: you will not receive physical tickets. Please retain your confirmation email or print a copy of the confirmation screen as a record of your purchase or reservation.

Within 1-2 weeks of submitting this form an invoice will be emailed to you. Invoices may be paid by check, credit card or ACH.

I understand that this table purchase commitment is nonrefundable. The VNF uses the table purchases to shape the budget for the gala.

We were able to negotiate a great price of $159/night, plus applicable taxes, but this discounted rate expires end of day November 1st.
