Ahoy, adventurer! Happy to see you on board! If you are a parent, please complete this form together with the adventurer. Write as detailed as possible as this form will also go to your foreign family.

Agreements with Aventuro (I/we agree by clicking in the box)

I/We understand that all documents must be submitted in order for travel to occur including a copy of your school document, passport, health/vaccination records.
I/We understand that Police Background check for every person living in the household above 18 y/o must be provided.
I/We agree that I, along with my parent(s), will be available to greet my exchange partner on his/her arrival day.
I/We understand that this is a reciprocal exchange and hosting my partner is taken into consideration as part of the fee. Should we not host, Aventuro may determine an additional fee be charged in order to find an alternate host family.
I/We allow Aventuro to communicate with our child via text/ WhatsApp or any other platform.
I/We allow Aventuro to utilize any electronic media supplied (photos, videos, etc.) for promotional purposes. I/We understand our application form will be shared with Aventuro partners and potential exchange family.
It is understood it is the responsibility of the family to work with their school to support a timetable for the participants hosting and travelling period. Aventuro does not assume responsibility neither for scheduling school nor activities.
