    • Restaurant Apprenticeships 
    • Apprenticeship programs offer a strategic solution to the hospitality industry's most pressing workforce challenges—helping businesses with recruitment, training, and retention by improving culture, productivity, and diversifying their workforce.

      Apprenticeships work—here's why:

      • 94% of apprentices stay with their employer after the successful completion of their apprenticeship
      • $1.47 average return on investment for every $1 invested
      • 80% apprentice retention rate in the restaurant manager program

      Our structured restaurant apprenticeship tracks include:

      • Line Cook: 12 months
      • Assistant Kitchen Manager: 18 months
      • Kitchen Manager: 18 months
      • Assistant Restaurant Manager: 18 months
      • Restaurant Manager: 24 months

    • Restaurant Ready 
    • Restaurant Ready is a national initiative designed to help people build the basic job and life skills needed to thrive in restaurant and hospitality roles. Through partnerships with community-based organizations, the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF), and PRLAEF, participants receive training in six key work-readiness areas—like communication, professionalism, and teamwork—identified as hospitality employers as essential skills.

    • HOPES 
    • HOPES is a national initiative that connects justice-involved adults—those currently or formerly incarcerated, or on parole or probation—with career opportunities in the restaurant, foodservice, and hospitality industries. In partnership with Departments of Corrections, community-based organizations, and PRLAEF, participants receive training based on the NRAEF’s Restaurant Ready framework to build essential work-readiness and hospitality-specific skills.
