Mobile Marketplace Order Form
The food bank is open Monday-Friday from 8:30-5p. Orders cannot be picked up on Saturday or Sunday. We will be flexible as much as possible and may be able to schedule pickups before 8:30a and after 5p during the week. We can often schedule a pickup same day. Absolutely anyone can shop with us! We get new items in on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Upon submission of your order, we will call you to arrange a pickup time. Please do not arrive at your pickup location without a scheduled pickup time. For questions, call 540-299-0990. Thank you!

Frequently Asked Questions
The quantity won’t set to zero?

Due to the website design, the quantity is automatically set to one. To select an item, check the box in the top left of the item box. If you no longer want an item, simply uncheck that box and it will subtract from the total. If you want more than one, check the box in the top left and update the quantity. If you’re questioning if an item is selected and you don’t want it, feel free to leave a note in the bottom section stating which item you don’t want.
The Fresh Match coupon doesn’t work? (EBT cards only)

If you don’t need an estimate of the total but you want to make sure you receive your discount, don’t worry, we’ll apply it at pickup when we ring you up! If you need to see an estimate of the total cost, continue reading. If the coupon says it’s invalid, make sure you are typing the code in correctly. The code is “FreshMatch” without the quotations. If the code has applied but the items are still priced their original price, it is because there is no quantity added. The item will show the correct price with the discount when a quantity is entered.
