for submitting your completed form + your patience while I review your information. Email response time is 1-3days. For both new and returning guests, it is standard procedure to require a $50 non-refundable retainer in order to reserve your future appointment. Initial extension services will require a 50% non-refundable retainer. Your retainer serves as a confirmation and hold for the time required for your services. Retainers are non-refundable, but will be applied to your final invoice. One occurrence of rescheduling is permitted per retainer with 48+hrs notice. Failure to reschedule within 48hrs of your reservation and or arriving past 15 minutes of your reservation time will be considered a cancelled appointment and result in a forfeit of your retainer. A new retainer will be required to schedule. Retainers and all payments are accepted via Venmo, Apple Pay and Zelle. Thank you!
