Private Rentals are a limited-time offer at participating theatres and 7 days advanced booking is required for all events.
Private Auditorium Rentals are not offered at Xscape Brandywine 14 or Xscape Northgate 14.
Pricing varies based on showtime, date, and theatre size.
Blackout dates: Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
Title availability is subject to change. Some films may not be available due to studio restrictions. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Non-refundable 50% deposit due upon rental agreement and a minimum of 5 days prior to rental date. Tax is included in the quoted price.
Offer includes one auditorium rental, one selected film only on one select day.
Cake and ice cream are permitted for Birthday Parties. Other outside food and beverages will require an additional fee.
Private rental offer excludes special event films and premium formats such as Xtreme Xscape.
