Food Truck Depot Vendor Registration Form

StartUp PK is looking for vendors and food truck operators to participate in our Food Cart Depot pilot, and we believe your business would be an excellent fit! Join us from 12pm-5pm every weekend throughout December (individual days are available if you are unable to commit to the whole month).

The Eatway will be located adjacent to the parking lot for the Poughkeepsie side of the Walkway over the Hudson, at 164 Garden Street, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 (the former Harmon and Castella Printing building across from Valero Gas Station). Through this project, we hope to create a central hub where people can come together to enjoy fantastic food and discover local vendors.

Operational Dates: Each Saturday and Sunday (weather permitting) through December 17th

You will receive setup instructions 48 hours in advance of the event date(s) for which you have registered. Vendors are responsible for providing any equipment required to operate their popup.

** Please note there is no electricity available on site. Generators or self supplied power is required and supplied by the vendor.
